Package travel law — read before selling

REQUIRES REVIEW BY A GERMAN TRAVEL-LAW SPECIALIST BEFORE SELLING PACKAGES AT A TOTAL PRICE

Combining accommodation, transfers and experiences into a single bundle sold for one price may constitute a package holiday under § 651a BGB, which triggers mandatory insolvency protection (Reisesicherungsschein) and a set of statutory obligations. This affects any multi-day offer in particular.

What we do

We act as an agent: we arrange, book and coordinate services in the name of and for the account of the guest. Contracts for accommodation, transport, dining, venues and other services are concluded between the guest and the respective provider. We are not the provider of those services.

Availability and admission

Reservations, tables and admission remain subject to availability and to the house rules of each venue. The final admission decision always rests with the operator. We do not represent that entry to any tent, venue or club is guaranteed.
